Privacy and safety principles

EduJoJo Live is built with school environments in mind. We describe here how sessions are intended to work and what we avoid by design.

Overview

EduJoJo Live is a concept for a browser-based lesson hub that does not require personal student accounts. The goal is to keep interaction simple, local, and controlled by schools and teachers.

Information we do not ask students to provide

EduJoJo Live is designed so that students do not have to type or share:

  • Full names or personal nicknames
  • Email addresses or passwords
  • Home addresses or phone numbers
  • Photos, videos, or voice recordings

How sessions are intended to run

In a typical setup, a school hosts or embeds HTML5 activities that open in a standard browser frame. Any data collected for analytics or performance should be limited, aggregated, and managed according to local regulations and school policy.

Third-party content

Some sessions may load content from trusted third-party providers, such as math drills or reading games approved by the school. Those providers may have their own privacy practices. Schools should always review external policies before using third-party content with students.

Children’s privacy

EduJoJo Live is designed to be child-friendly. If a real deployment ever collects personal information by mistake, schools and administrators should remove it promptly and notify families as required by local law.

Contact

Questions about privacy or safety can be sent through the contact page. Schools are encouraged to share their own policies and expectations with families.
